C2G Environmental Consultants were able to, in one week's time, replace my leaking oil tank. It was a scary time for me as my tank had been filled just 72 hours before it began leaking. While the leak was fairly slow; knowing the tank contained at least 250 gallons of oil, if the leak became worse it could become a haz-mat emergency which would cost me thousands of dollars to clean and involve the State.
Everything was addressed and handled in such an organized way (Thank you Chrissy!); I felt so confident and could actually breathe. They provided me with all the documents so I could apply for the permit through my town, something I had never done before. The permit was sent to me within hours.
The tank replacement was done so professionally and faster than I could imagine. C2G also installed a bollard to bring the tank’s protection up to current building code.
C2G is an amazing company with amazing employees at every level. As a single mom, but long time home owner, this was out of my comfort zone, but they handled me perfectly.
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND C2G not only for services performed but also for a reasonable cost and fast response. (For comparison, I did call another company whose cost was more than double and would have taken a full month before they could replace my tank.)

I needed a second opinion on getting my oil tank replaced, and found C2G through Angie's List.
Chrissy responded almost immediately, and handled the evaluation of our existing tank, pricing, and scheduling super efficiently. C2G even handled our local permit, which I didn't even know we needed!
Jose and Ross arrive right on time on the scheduled date, and replaced the tank, piping & accessories. Our basement has low headroom where the tank is, and was a difficult spot to work in. They were able to remove the old tank, and slip in the new one without having to compromise the foundation or the framing. They were pleasant to work with, neat as a pin, and extremely efficient. My wife was home at the time, and they answered all her questions, and made her feel very comfortable with the work that was going on.
Not long after they finished, Chrissy called me to ask how everything went, and if I had any issues - a rarity in the construction business! She's professional and friendly, and followed up on everything she said she would.
When all was said and done, C2G did a fantastic job, and it cost about half of what my oil company was proposing to charge me. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

About a month ago I discovered my oil tank was leaking in my basement. I had no idea what to do and it was a Saturday so I had trouble trying to find someone willing to come out. Thankfully I finally found C2G, the two guys that came out were awesome, explained everything, set up the temp tank and cleaned up the oil. I researched sellers of Roth L1000 oil tanks to replace my original tank installed in 1959. I originally spoke to April & Chrissy at C2G. I received a quote for $3,695 to remove the old tank and install a Roth L1000. I requested that a representative come to my home and explain to me what would be done. Milton came 2 days later and spent a half hour telling me in detail what would be done. A week later Chrissy called and notified me that if I made the purchase in July I could save $200. I made the 50% down payment at the end of July for an August 15th installation. Romano and Hector showed up just after 8 am. Both were friendly and hard workers, staying on task for 5 full hours to complete an OUTSTANDING job. The cellar was immaculate after they cleaned up. The only item that wasn't included in the estimate was a fire suppressant to bring the work up to code. Romano did a nice explanation of why he and Hector placed the tank where they did. The building inspector came later in the week and was impressed with the workmanship. I strongly recommend using the Naugatuck, CT branch of C2G. All 5 people I worked with were GREAT representatives of C2G.

As President of a small 45 year/old condo association in central CT., we thoroughly researched the market for replacement fuel oil tanks and made the decision to recommend C2G to our unit owners. To date, 10 of our 34 unit owners have placed their trust in C2G. Chrissy was patient in treating each unit owner as their only customer. She took the time to explain all product options, warranties, and code requirements. When the technicians arrived they were prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of our personal property in tight spaces. They drained our existing fuel, cut up the old tank, and seamlessly installed the new unit without a mess! The entire process took about 6 hours and when they left, you would never know they were here! Prior to leaving they made sure I thoroughly understood the balance due, along with warranties, pricing, and additional services needed to meet current code. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Going forward we will have many more unit owners inquiring as the tanks in our community continue to age.

Found out unexpectedly my tank needed to be replaced immediately. Had not planned nor expected to do such a project. I had zero previous information regarding this type of work. Everyone said to get multiple bids and watch out for companies trying to "scare" me into going with them for fear of a major catastrophe. Called C2G and spoke to Chrissy. She put me at ease. She explained the situation, provided multiple options, and allowed me to calm down, as I initially thought I was in for a major undertaking. She spent 20 minutes or more on the phone with me answering all of my questions. Everything she said they would do they did. Her crew was on time (early actually) neat, professional, and courteous. I could not have had a better experience. They had to transfer the contents of my old rusty tank which was almost full to the new tank, and they didn't spill a drop. The whole process was complete in less than one day and when it was finished it was as if they had never been there and everything looked perfect. The techs even offered to move my 900-pound safe back once they had completed their work. Chrissy followed up with me after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions I may have had. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of an oil tank replacement. I cannot imagine a better experience with such a difficult task.

This is a wonderful company to work with. They freely answered all my questions before I made a decision to go with them. Their crew was here early and sat outside until the exact time. They came and checked the burner, and got right to work. We were closing a 1000 gallon in-ground tank. All three of the workers were wonderful, even using the grass they removed for the cement pad to patch holes in my yard, and answering unending questions from my grandchildren. When they left everything was cleaned up, even making sure to secure yard gates so we could turn the dogs out. Highly professional group of folks and I would highly recommend them.

Dealing with a leaking oil tank is way out of my comfort zone. I panicked when I discovered the leak and immediately called my oil company. I had a service call the next day to determine next steps and clearly the tank needed to be replaced. He gave me a few companies to call but steered me in the direction of C2G Environmental Consultants saying they would give me immediate attention and service. He wasn't wrong. This was a Saturday and my call was transferred to Paul the owner of C2G. He was my 1st point of contact and he guided me through the process. The next day he emailed me a quote and on Monday I called the business office. I worked with Chrissy and she quickly took care of the arrangements. The 2 guys that did the installation were amazing, and when they were done they had cleaned up the mess as if nothing had ever happened. I can't say enough for everyone I worked with through out this process and highly recommend them to anyone in need of the same service.
